The Restaurant
The open air Kariwak Village Restaurant has an unmistakably Caribbean ambience -
thatched roofs, tiled floors, coral stone walls, bamboo and rattan furnishings. The
Kariwak restaurant has established an enviable reputation for its original Caribbean
and Creole cuisine prepared under Cynthia's watchful guidance and generously
flavoured with fresh herbs from the Kariwak garden. Special children’s meals are
also available on request. Vegetarian meals, sandwiches and salads are always
available.
